The Alzheimer's Support Group meets from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. the first Thursday of the month in the third-floor conference room at Palmerton Hospital, 135 Lafayette Ave., Palmerton.

The group is a safe place to learn, offer and receive helpful tips, and meet others coping with Alzheimer's disease or another dementia.Support group members are typically the spouse, adult child, other family member or friend of someone with Alzheimer's disease or a related dementia.There is no charge.
