A Luzerne County man has been cited for disorderly conduct in Schuylkill County.

State police at Frackville said William Thomas Whittaker, 26, of Sugarloaf, will receive a summons by mail following an incident that occurred at 4:40 p.m. April 9 in the village of McAdoo Heights in Kline Township. Troopers said he caused a disturbance.
