Philadelphia man charged twice by McAdoo police

A Philadelphia man was cited twice by McAdoo police during March.

Dustin Hill, 26, came to the attention of police at 8:30 p.m. March 3 while driving a green Ford pickup with a smashed driver's side taillight. The truck was stopped in the 600 block of Hancock Street. Hill immediately told officers his license was suspended.During a search of the truck officers found numerous plastic baggies, two small containers filled with a clear liquid, a spoon with white residue and copper mesh in the center console. In a pocket behind the driver's seat they recovered an empty bag stamped "Good Luck."Ten days later, on March 13, the same officer saw a silver Chrysler traveling on South Kennedy Drive. The car did not have a registration plate or a temporary placard, which led to a traffic stop. Hill was behind the wheel. He was given, and failed, field sobriety tests.Charges include driving under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a vehicle with a suspended license and a variety of traffic citations.
