State police at Frackville reported investigating a one-vehicle crash at 11:18 a.m. on Thursday along Interstate 81 in Mahanoy Township, Schuylkill County.

Troopers said Mikhail Peltsverguer, 42, of Raleigh, North Carolina, was driving a 2010 Volvo truck southbound and while rounding a right-hand curve the truck struck a concrete barrier on the driver's side. The truck came to rest against the barrier.Peltsverguer sustained a minor injury and was taken to the Lehigh Valley Hospital - Hazleton Campus by Mahanoy City ambulance. Troopers said he was cited for the crash.
