Tamaqua police cited Michael Martin Sedlock, 28, of 71 Bowe St., Tamaqua, after an incident on April 7.

Officers were called to Sedlock's home to assist a state constable who was serving a warrant on Sedlock. The constable found a syringe and spoon in Sedlock's right rear pocket while taking him into custody.Tamaqua police cited him for possession of drug paraphernalia.
