Rush Township Police have identified two people involved in retail theft incidents at the HT Commons Walmart on April 12.

George F. Haynes Jr., 52, of Frackville, will be charged with retail theft and receiving stolen property after he took merchandise valued at $198. The theft took place at 4:10 p.m.Tori Papanek, 24, of Lansford will be charged with theft by deception and receiving stolen property after she went to the retail store on April 10 and April 12, stole merchandise, then went to customer service to return the items for refunds.
