West Kline Avenue was closed in Lansford Thursday afternoon because of police activity.

On scene were U.S. Marshals, the Carbon County Adult Probation Office, and police from Lansford, Summit Hill, Coaldale and West Penn Township's K-9 unit.Two people were led out in handcuffs, but no details were released as of press time.
