Wilkes-Barre Township police arrested Francejole Villegas, 23, of Saylorsburg, after she allegedly stole $61.26 worth of merchandise from Walmart.

At the time of her arrest, police said she was also in possession of suspected heroin and paraphernalia and had an outstanding arrest warrant from the Pennsylvania State Police.

She will be charged with retail theft and possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia at a later date. She was placed in the custody of state police.
