An inspection of a motor carrier stopped in Lehigh County led to the arrest of the driver and passenger, who is a Carbon County resident. State police at Fogelsville said the stop occurred at 7:19 a.m. Tuesday along Route 100 north at Schantz Road, in Upper Macungie Township.

Troopers said during the stop a check of the national data center revealed the driver, Harry Stahl, of Nazareth was wanted out of Indiana.A check of the passenger, Tonya Napolitano of Nesquehoning, revealed she was also wanted out of Indiana.A further check also revealed an active warrant for her in Carbon County. Both were placed in the county prison in Allentown on the warrants, troopers said.A detainer was also filed against Napolitano by Carbon officials.
