Ludlow Park: One important jewel in Summit Hill.

However it only flies the American flag on certain days.The park has two flagpoles and light fixtures for both.The town, like most Pennsylvania towns, has a lot of veterans.In my opinion, not flying the flag from Memorial Day to Veterans Day and keeping flags and monuments in good shape is not showing the respect the towns veterans and the state and country deserve.If other towns can do it, why can't we?It's less expensive to keep things in good shape than to replace them.Both flagpoles should fly flags and be lit Memorial Day to Veterans Day. This is my opinion only! Reface both bases and clean up the poles and fly the flags. Be proud to be Americans.Robert (Ski) SiesputowskiSummit Hill
