Schuylkill County probation

Schuylkill County judges have placed 14 people charged by local police on probation. All are ordered to pay court costs and fees.

Edwin Astor, 50, of Mahanoy City: Charged by Mahanoy City police with terroristic threats, failure to disperse, obstructing police and disorderly conduct on May 14, 2015.Judge Cyrus P. Dolbin placed him on probation for 12 months on the disorderly conduct charge. All other charges were dropped.Jazmin Andrews, 20, of Nesquehoning: Charged by Coaldale police with possession of drug paraphernalia on Nov. 3, 2014.Dolbin placed her on probation for 12 months.Maria M. Crescente, 38, of Mahanoy City: Charged by Mahanoy City police with escape, terroristic threats, simple assault, resisting arrest, obstructing police and disorderly conduct on May 14, 2015.Dolbin placed her on probation for 11 months. Charges of escape and disorderly conduct were dropped.William Lipshaw,33, of Mahanoy City: Charged by Mahanoy City police with institutional vandalism, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct on May 8, 2015.President Judge William E. Baldwin placed him on probation for six months. Charges of escape and disorderly conduct were dropped. The charges of institutional vandalism and resisting arrest were dropped.Marc Corona,22, of Mahanoy City: Charged by Mahanoy City police with giving false identification to authorities on April 10, 2015.President Judge William E. Baldwin placed him on probation for 12 months.Tyler Kline,23, of Tamaqua: Charged by Tamaqua police with possession of a controlled substance, simple assault and harassment on June 10, 2015.President Judge William E. Baldwin placed him on probation for 12 months. Charges of simple assault and harassment were dropped.Michael Bowman, 32, of Tamaqua: Charged by Tamaqua police with possession of a controlled substance on April 17, 2015.Baldwin placed him on probation for 12 months.Heather Ungood,35, of Slatington: Charged by Rush Township police with retail theft and criminal mischief on Jan. 17, 2015.Baldwin placed her on probation for 11 months. The charge of criminal mischief was dropped.Elias Cortes,25, of Easton: Charged by Tamaqua police with possession of a small amount of marijuana and disorderly conduct on May 25, 2015.Baldwin placed him on probation for 30 days on the drug charge and fined him $25 for disorderly conduct.Matthew Curvey, 28, of Mahanoy Plane: Charged by Tamaqua police with possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while his license was suspended, and without a valid inspection sticker on Feb. 22, 2015.Baldwin placed him on probation for 12 months. The charge of driving while his license was suspended was dropped.Audrey E. Reed,23, of Kingston: Charged by Mahanoy City police with defiant trespass and possession of drug paraphernalia on Sept. 20, 2014.Dolbin placed her on probation for 12 months. The charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was suspended was dropped.David L. Rauch Jr., 47, of Jim Thorpe: Charged by Coaldale police with terroristic threats, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and harassment on May 14, 2015.Dolbin placed him on probation for 23 months. The charge of harassment was suspended was dropped.Beverly A. Gilbert,56, of New Philadelphia: Charged by Tamaqua police with passing bad checks on Nov. 22, 2014.Dolbin placed her on probation for 12 months and to pay Rarick's Coal and Oil $245 in restitution.Melanie D. Delowery,27, of Tamaqua: Charged by Mahanoy City police with possession of drug paraphernalia on Feb. 10, 2015.Dolbin placed her on probation for 12 months.
