The Friends of the Beltzville State Park will kick off the spring edition of their "Beltzville on the Move" program this Saturday.

Beltzville on the Move is a way for any member of the public to track their progress running, biking, kayaking or doing basically any other recreational activity in the park.Participants can log their progress at the group's website,

www.fobsp.org.Not only can people track their own progress, they can compare it to other participants in a friendly competition. At the end of each quarter, awards are presented.At Saturday's event, awards will be given for the winter season before participants get their first chance to log miles for the spring.For more informationvisit
