State Rep. Julie Harhart, R-Lehigh/Northampton, is holding a concealed carry seminar for residents to become more knowledgeable about their rights and responsibilities as gun owners in Pennsylvania.

The seminar will be held from 6:30-8:30 tonight at the Tri-Boro Sportsmen Club, 21st and Canal streets, in Northampton.Those scheduled to attend include Harhart; Mark Surber and Jill Kirchgessner, from the Northampton County Sheriff's Department; Matthew Sedlacek,NRA instructor, Defense Training Solutions LLC; Diana Sorrentino,training director, BRG Firearms Training Academy LLC; and Lehigh County First District Attorney Steven Luksa.
