Jim Thorpe's Bailey Becker will continue his education and football career at Wilkes University in the fall.

Despite tearing his ACL in July, Becker returned in Week 3 against Tamaqua this past fall and finished the year 13-of-16 on extra points, and while also converting on his only field goal attempt.Becker was a kicker and punter for Marian his sophomore year, totaling 1,924 kickoff yards, 1,371 punt yards and registering a career long punt of 60 yards. Becker was a member of the Colts' Eastern Conference Class A championship team and also earned All-Area Honorable Mention honors from the Standard Speaker.His parents are Jennifer Skelly and Patrick Becker.Becker also is a member of the track team and is involved with FBLA and
