A traffic stop led to the arrest of a Schuylkill County man for driving under the influence, and it was also learned he was a wanted man.

State police at Frackville said Justen Ryan Davis, 27, of 96 Dewalt Road, Pine Grove, was stopped at the intersection of Route 209 and South Centre Street in Pottsville at 9:40 p.m. Feb. 4. He was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance and was transported for a blood test. The test confirmed Davis was under the influence of drugs.At the stop, troopers learned that Davis had an active warrant for his arrest issued to Harrisburg Capitol Police. He was taken into custody and turned over to Harrisburg police. Troopers charged him with DUI of a controlled substance.
