More than 100 of the area's top high school musicians will take to the stage tonight at Palmerton High School for the 56th annual Carbon County Band Concert.

The concert, made up of students from six area high school bands, will begin at 7 p. m. and consists of students from Jim Thorpe, Lehighton, Palmerton, Panther Valley, Pleasant Valley and Weatherly.After opening with the Star Spangled banner and the Carbon County Band March. the students will perform 12 other songs ranging from marches to classic rock.Admission is $5 and $3 for students and seniors.
