A pickup and a car collided in a crash in Schuylkill County on Wednesday. State police at Frackville said the crash occurred in the area of 1055 Barnesville Drive (Route 54), in Ryan Township.

Troopers said a 17-year-old male from Zion Grove was operating a 1997 Ford F150 truck westbound and traveled into the path of a 1993 Mercury Grand Marquis operated by Stephen Patrick, 62, of Mahanoy City. No one was injured. Assisting troopers were volunteers from the Ryan Township Fire Company and Citizens Fire Company of Mahanoy City.Troopers said the teen was cited for the crash.
