State police at Frackville are investigating a theft incident that occurred at a Schuylkill County site.

Troopers said criminals cut a chain on an entry gate to the property at the intersection of Shenandoah and Jerrys roads in Union Township and removed a utility wagon containing various tools valued at $130. The incident occurred sometime between Feb. 22-25. The property is owned by Daniel Michael Wowak, 34.
