A Carbon County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence following an incident that occurred aT 10:05 p.m. on Feb. 9 along Interstate 80 in Tunkhannock Township, Monroe County.

State police at Fern Ridge said John P. Krieg, 55, of Lake Harmony, lost control of his vehicle and crashed into the median. Troopers said Krieg was placed under arrest for suspicion of DUI of alcohol and transported to the county DUI center for a blood test.Troopers said charges have been filed.
