A Kunkletown man pleaded guilty in Carbon County court on Monday to a charge of criminal trespass and was immediately sentenced to a time-served term.

He was one of four defendants in pending criminal cases to enter a plea before President Judge Roger N. Nanovic II.Towamensing incidentLukas William Drake, 36, admitted entering the property of Christopher Beers, 835 Strohls Valley Road, in Towamensing Township, and removing scrap metal. A charge of burglary was dropped in a plea bargain with the district attorney's office.State police from Lehighton were called to the property on Sept. 8, 2015. A pickup was observed at the scene, and troopers traced it to Drake. They went to his home that day and found the scrap metal on his property. He has been in jail since his arrest.Nanovic sentenced him to time-served (152 days) to one day less 24 months in prison followed by two years of probation. He was also ordered to get a drug and alcohol evaluation and follow any recommendations for treatment and supply a DNA sample.Other pleasOther defendants entering pleas included:Matthew John Kozero, 24, of Gilbert, pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of a controlled substance - heroin and cocaine.He was arrested by Palmerton police on March 12, 2015, at Third and Delaware Avenue following a traffic stop. Police found 63 packs of heroin in the vehicle along with cocaine. In a plea bargain with the district attorney's office, a charge of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance was dropped.Nanovic deferred sentencing and ordered the adult probation office to prepare a presentence investigation report.Raymond Carl Bansemer, 26, of Lehighton, pleaded to two counts of theft. He was previously placed in the county's Accelerated Rehabilitation Disposition probation program but was revoked from it for violating conditions.He admitted removing four empty beer kegs from the property of Riverwalck Saloon located along Center Street in Parryville on May 14, 2013. Two other counts of theft for the other kegs were dropped, but he must make restitution for all four.Nanovic placed him on probation for a year on each count, running concurrently, and ordered he pay a fine of $500, get a drug and alcohol evaluation, and make restitution of $120 to Riverwalck.Bansemer is currently an inmate in the Lehigh County prison where he is facing other criminal cases.Rochelle Ann Hauser,47, of Lehighton, pleaded to one count of possession of drug paraphernalia.She was arrested by state police at Lehighton following a traffic stop along Route 248 at the Palmerton exit on May 4, 2015. She was a passenger in the vehicle and was under the influence of a controlled substance - heroin - at the time. A possession count was dropped in a plea bargain.She is currently serving a prison term for a probation violation which runs to March 5.Nanovic placed her on probation for a year, consecutive to her current sentence, and ordered her to get a drug and alcohol evaluation and zero tolerance for drug and alcohol use.Each defendant sentenced must also pay court costs of about $1,000 and a $50 per month supervision fee while on probation or parole.
