Tamaqua Area School District is dismissing early as a result of the winter storm forecast for the area.

Dismissal will take place at 11:30 a.m.According to the Tamaqua Area High School website, today was being used as a snow make-up day for high school and middle school students.The elementary schools had an Act 80 day.
