One person was killed following a fatal crash in Summit Hill over the weekend.

An Albrightsville man was driving along East White Bear Drive just after 11 p.m. Sunday when for unknown reasons, his vehicle struck a utility pole and tree.He was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene.Carbon County Coroner Robert Miller said he was not releasing the man’s identity at this time because he was still working to notify the man’s family.He said the man was young, but didn’t provide an age.Summit Hill police were unavailable for comment as of press time.
