State police at Lehighton are investigating a single vehicle crash along Route 209 in Franklin Township.

The crash occurred just after 4 p.m. about a half mile north of LaRose's.

It appeared the driver of a late model Ford pickup lost control and the truck flipped onto its roof.

One person was treated at the scene by Lehighton paramedics then transported to a local hospital.

Franklin Township fire police maintained traffic control at the scene.
