Jim Thorpe police have arrested Ricky Elton Stevens Jr., 33, of 8 Hillside Ave., Palmerton, on a misdemeanor-3 count of furnishing drug-free urine as a result of an incident at 4:15 p.m. Jan. 8.

Police said they filed the charge on information they received from representatives of the Carbon County Adult Probation Office who advised them Stevens was found to be in possession of a bottle of urine that he attempted to use to pass a drug test.
