NORRISTOWN (AP) - Relatives say a 12-year-old boy died when he returned to a burning suburban Philadelphia house to search for his father who just had hip surgery.

The boy's name is not being released. Fire officials say an autopsy is scheduled for Saturday, when more information will be announced.
Norristown is about 20 miles northwest of Philadelphia.
