Lea Rowan, 27, of McAdoo is facing a charge of retail theft after a Jan. 28 incident at the HT Commons Walmart.

Rowan entered the store that day and removed merchandise valued at $61.49. The incident took place at 6:02 p.m., according to Rush Township Police.
