UPDATE: One person was rescued from a house fire in McAdoo Borough, according to Mahanoy City Fire Department. The fire has been extinguished.

Earlier: Crews are responding to a fire at on North Kennedy Drive in McAdoo.

The Tresckow Fire Co. and Lehighton Ambulance were called to assist around 4 p.m. Saturday afternoon.

There are reports of a person possibly entrapped inside the building.

Firefighters from McAdoo and Mahanoy City are also on scene, according to a post from the Mahanoy City Fire Department.
