Damaged ATM will be replaced
The ATM owned by New Tripoli Bank at the intersection of routes 309 and 895 in West Penn Township that was broken into in the early morning hours Friday will be replaced.David Hunsicker, president and CEO of New Tripoli Bank, said the ATM was damaged, but added that a new one has been ordered.“We should have a new one within 30 days,” Hunsicker said. “We’ll get it fixed.”Hunsicker said “no customer information was compromised.”He said the incident remains under investigation by the West Penn Township Police Department.Efforts to reach West Penn Township police in time for today’s publication were unsuccessful.— Terry Ahner
