Rush Township Police will cite Matthew Hartranft, 32, of Tamaqua, following an incident on Dec. 29.

Hartranft entered the HT Commons Walmart and stole merchandise valued at $15.89. He will be cited for retail theft.The incident took place at 5:30 p.m.
