State police at the Fogelsville barracks are investigating an incident they have labeled a burglary after an ex-boyfriend entered a woman's home.

The incident was reported at 3 p.m. Tuesday by a 39-year-old woman who lives in the area of 8000 King's Highway, Lynn Township, New Tripoli.Police said the woman reported the ex-boyfriend used his key to enter the home while she was not at the premises. Police said the man opened the woman's Christmas gifts. No items were taken or damaged.
