An Effort teen is under investigation for sexual assault after inappropriate conduct with a 13-year-old female, according to state police at Fern Ridge.

Justin Moss, 18, had taken a walk in the woods near his and the victim’s residences in Chestnuthill Township on Thursday around 4:20 p.m., police said.While on the walk, Moss started to kiss the female and later fondled her buttocks.Despite the victim telling him to stop several times, Moss made further sexual contact, police said.An investigation is ongoing.
