McAdoo police cited Donald Moyer Jr., of North Hancock Street, McAdoo, after a traffic stop on Nov. 1.

An officer was on patrol at 12:31 a.m. when he saw a silver Oldsmobile traveling south on Hancock Street. The driver of the Olds failed to dim his high beams for oncoming traffic. The officer initiated a traffic stop and identified Moyer as the driver.When asked if he had been drinking any alcohol, Moyer replied he “had a couple of beers.”He failed field sobriety tests and has been cited for driving under the influence of alcohol.
