Ex-wrestler Jimmy Snuka's homicide trial set for March

ALLENTOWN, Pa. (AP) - A Pennsylvania judge has set a March trial date for former professional wrestling star Jimmy "Superfly" Snuka, who's charged in the death of his mistress more than three decades ago.

Snuka's girlfriend, 23-year-old Nancy Argentino of New York, was found dead in May 1983 after authorities were called to their hotel room near Allentown. Snuka has pleaded not guilty to third-degree murder and involuntary manslaughter charges. His lawyer has called Argentino's death an "unfortunate accident."Lehigh County Judge Kelly Banach on Tuesday scheduled Snuka's trial to begin on March 22.Snuka is 72 and lives in Camden County, New Jersey.
