A Carbon County man has been cited for harassment following an incident that occurred around 6 a.m. on Sunday at the Fort Allen Apartments, 401 Bridge St., in Weissport.

State police at Lehighton said Robert Dale Steigerwalt, 51, of Weissport engaged in a verbal argument while talking with a 42-year-old female, also from Weissport. The argument turned physical, resulting with Steigerwalt being cited.Alcohol played a role in the incident, troopers said.
