State police at the Fern Ridge barracks arrested Danielle K. Williams, 31, of Plymouth, on charges of retail theft following an incident at 1:43 p.m. Nov. 12 at Kinsley's ShopRite store, 107 Kinsley Drive, Brodheadsville.

Police did not provide any details of the incident, except to say the charges will be filed in District Court 43-3-04.
