State police at Schuylkill Haven reported investigating a three-vehicle, rear-end crash at 12:59 p.m. Monday at the intersection of routes 895 and 183 in Wayne Township, Schuylkill County.

Troopers said Edwin R. Gegenheimer Jr., 61, of Pine Grove, driving a 1996 Ford F350 truck, was stopped on Route 895 for a red flashing light at the intersection with Route 183, with Daryl P. Hesse, 60, of Pine Grove, driving a 2011 Ford Ranger pickup truck, stopped behind him.Joseph A. Boeshore, 34, of Schuylkill Haven, driving a 1998 Chevrolet Venture, was eastbound and failed to stop. The front of his vehicle hit the rear of the Ranger pushing it into the rear of the F350 truck.Boeshore sustained a minor injury but did not require immediate medical treatment. The other two drivers were not injured.Troopers cited Boeshore for careless driving.
