Golden AgersThe Nov. 9 meeting of the Panther Valley Golden Agers was opened with songs and prayers observing Veterans Day for all branches of the military.Special guest at the meeting was Jean Pelcheck visiting Lansford after a five-year stay at her daughter's ranch in Texas. Jean and her husband, Joe, were faithful members of the Panther Valley Golden Agers.No meeting will held on Monday because of Thanksgiving week. The next meeting will be Dec. 14.
