A Schuylkill County man was the victim of a fraud incident.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said Michael Miller, 46 Lutz Valley Road, Wayne Township, was defrauded of $1,400 after responding to a Craigslist advertisement listing an all-terrain vehicle for sale. The victim loaded money onto multiple PayPal "Mycash" cards and subsequently discovered the money had been removed from the cards. The incident occurred during the time frame of Oct. 27 to Tuesday.The investigation is continuing. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to call troopers at 570-739-1330.
