Susquehanna University’s duo of Sarah Paluck and Marykate Sherkness were honored by the Landmark Conference for their all-around play on the volleyball court.Paluck was named to the First Team for the second time in her career as a Specialist. She also earned her second consecutive Specialist of the Year honors. Her last First Team honors came back in 2013.The Tamaqua graduate broke both the Susquehanna University and Landmark Conference career digs record with a total of 2,556. On the season, Paluck led the Crusaders with 653 digs and 129 service points. She also finished with 49 assists and 28 aces. She also ranked first in the conference in digs and second in digs per set (5.04).Sherkness received Second Team honors at the outside hitter position. The Marian graduate led her team and the conference with 387 kills. She also compiled 106 digs, 19 service aces and 29 blocks this season.
