Owen Hubbard and David Butler led the defensive effort.Jim Thorpe will meet Ashland in the title game on Sunday at 12 p.m. at Panther Valley Stadium.Lehigh Valley PlayoffsPalmerton's flag and 100-pound teams and Lehighton's flag and 85-pound teams will play in championship games on Saturday at Palmerton Area High School Stadium.The Bombers and Indians will kick off action in the flag championship at 10 a.m. The two teams tied 21-21 during the regular season.At noon, Lehighton will meet Bethlehem Catholic in the 85-pound championship. The Indians were a 19-12 winner the first time the two teams met.Palmerton's 100-pound team takes on Fullerton at 2 p.m. Fullerton edged the Blue Bombers 13-12 in the regular-season contest.The 130-pound championship will feature Fullerton and Becahi at 4 p.m.
