The Hillside SPCA Animal Shelter will partner with Geisinger Blood Center to present a blood drive and craft show at Fairlane Village Mall, Pottsville, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Nov. 21.For every unit collected, Geisinger Blood Center will make a $5 donation to the Joseph J. Parnell Memorial Spay and Neuter Fund, which was established in 2006 by Hillside founder Barbara Parnell after she lost her son, Joseph.Donors are asked to eat well, stay hydrated and arrive with proper identification.
