One person sustained minor injuries in a two-vehicle mishap at 5:51 p.m. Nov. 4 on Rt. 100 in Upper Macungie Township.

Township police said David W. Zeigler, 63, of New Ringgold, was the injured person.Police said the accident happened when a 2002 Oldsmobile Intrigue operated by Robert J. Williams, 27, of Slatington, traveling north, struck the rear of a 2000 Ford F-150 driven by Zeigler.Police said the latter was also northbound and slowed down for traffic in front of his vehicle when Williams' vehicle struck it from behind.Charges are pending against Williams.
