All Lehighton Area High School football alumni are invited to attend the Lehighton-Jim Thorpe game on Friday, Nov. 6.

This is the last regular season football game to be held at the historic Lehighton Football Stadium.There will be a tailgate for community members with preferred parking on the football practice field. The gates will open at 4 p.m. and cars will be parked until it is full. The cost for preferred parking spots is $10 per vehicle. Tailgate games and gas grills are welcome. There will be a hospitality tent with light refreshments for alumni, a DJ and a display of past trophies and memorabilia. No alcohol or tobacco is allowed. Kickoff is scheduled for 7 p.m.After the game all alumni in attendance will gather on the field for a ceremonial closing of the stadium.If there are any questions or if you would like to purchase tailgating passes in advance contact the high school at 610-377-6180.
