In Wednesday's edition on Page 12, The Times News incorrectly stated that Brodheadsville Chevrolet and Lehighton Kia admitted to violations by entering into an Assurance of Voluntary Compliance with the Office of the Attorney General.

In fact, the document states that the Assurance shall not be considered an admission of a violation for any purpose.The Times News regrets the error.
