A Schuylkill County man has been charged with theft and a related count.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said Brandon J. Pugliese, 28, of Schuylkill Haven, went to the Rent-A-Center, located at 1544 Route 61 South, in North Manheim Township, on July 18 and rented two game systems and a LCD television. He stopped paying for the items and did not return them.He was charged for theft of leased property and receiving stolen property.
