A Summit Hill man was arrested after he violated a protection from abuse order.
According to Summit Hill police, officers were called on Oct. 11 after Jude Yuricheck, 40, of 416 W. Ludlow St., was seen at a local church that he wasn't supposed to be at because there was a female there who had a PFA against him.Police said that Yuricheck has been showing up places where the female is or at her home.He was charged with stalking and two counts of harassment. He was placed in Carbon County Correctional Facility in lieu of bail.
