Three facing shoplifting charges

Three people are facing charges after separate shoplifting incidents at the HT Commons Wal-Mart in Hometown.

Rush Township Police will charge Nicholas Harris, 40, of Lansford, with retail theft and receiving stolen property. Harris took merchandise valued at $529.94 from the store at 10:20 p.m. Oct. 14.Angelo Seritti, 30, of Mahanoy City, will be charged with retail theft and receiving stolen property in connection with an Oct. 19 incident. He reportedly took merchandise valued at $254.64 at 12:39 p.m.Richard Bonney, 36, of Freeland, also faces retail theft and receiving stolen property charges. The merchandise he took at 3:57 a.m. on Oct. 11 was valued at $436.35.
