Robert Thomas, of 140 Indian Trail Road, Jim Thorpe, was cited for violating a borough ordinance for prohibited growth of vegetation for property he owns at 121 E. Railroad St. Smith said Thomas owes $620 for borough expenses.Richard W. Miller Jr., was cited for failure to cut grass and weeds on his property at 34 W. Catawissa St. Miller owes the borough $250 for expenses.
