The Panther Valley Women's Club will be having their annual Black Hat Tea Party on at 6:30 p.m. Monday at the Summit Hill Heritage Center at Hazard and Chestnut Street. The ladies will be hosting The Nesquehoning Women's Club. New members are always welcome.
