Three defendants had their placement in the Accelerated Rehabilitation Disposition program revoked for violating conditions.

Paul Mathews II, 28, of Bartonsville, was revoked on a charge of DUI on petition of Eckhart for violating conditions of failing to pay court costs, failing to attend and complete highway safety program and failing to perform 13 hours of community service.James Simmons, 23, of Nesquehoning, had his placement on a charge of possession of a controlled substance revoked on petition of Eckhart for violating conditions by testing positive for controlled substance, failing to submit to scheduled drug screen and failing to attend D & A treatment.Jennifer Stefanick, 21, of Lansford, was revoked on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia on petition of Eckhart for violating conditions by absconded from her approved residence and whereabouts unknown, admitted use of a controlled substance, failing to submit to scheduled drug screens, zero tolerance violation and failing to perform 50 hours of community service.The three defendants will now face trial on all charges originally filed against them.
